    - as far as I'm concerned, Chopra's gone. The club had him to sign an improved, longer contract because it will increase his transfer value. Simple as.

    More of a question of how wisely we spend the money imo.

    Dave Jones doesn't rate Barker and will offload him - despite still having a year left on his contract.

    Colchester will be red-hot favourites to sign him after the way he's played there.

    has silly season begun in the press already?

    What a load of ****.</p>

    Would probably only take a 'small fee' - think they've got us confused with leeds united. It's not like we've got a knife to our throats and lets face it, if Devaney went we'd have to replace him so we'd need a decent market value to get like for like. Can't see it myself. Pointless rumour.</p>

    If they have been watching him that closely..........

    they would have known that they could have got him for free at end of season, so that means they could have spoken to the player a few months before end of his contract. We dont want to end up like luton letting all our better players go, 250 000 your having a laugh!!!!!!!!!!!
