Did we all fall for an act in believing Flitcroft was a lovely bloke?

Hemsy, it is widely known that Mike Pollitt is Flicker's best mate. Flicker has stated in an interview before signing him on loan that they (their families) went on holiday together this summer.

AND I used to teach in Bolton, and Flicker - on hearing that I taught at the school Pollitt went to - told me that he was his best mate.

Mind you, I saw nothing wrong with it, as Pollitt played quite well on loan to us.

    There - Ive bitten!

But Mike wasn't in the net because he was the managers friend but he was brought in because Steele was having a shocker and as got massive floors in his game.

    Same as Jack Butland.

Since your such a good judge of player can you point out where kern miller and Jamil Adam have ended up.

Two of those youth players you championed.

    Shall I find another?

    Steven Bennett...

    How about a keeper...

    massive floors? :)

So Flicker put Steele in the stiffs because we went round his house and didn't like it?

As good a reason as any.

Why not use new material hey Deetee when we can keep bringing up old old things.

sorry but you can't blame me for not saying they were good talents. On the pitch yes. Attitude maybe not.

If the keepers Lucas Lida something then the club offered him a deal and he turned it down. Hes first choice at is club now though.

If everything I'd said and done over the last couple of years had been documented by the press and was then listed on here for us all to judge, I'd come out of it a hell of a lot worse than Flicker.

I'm not sure he ever professed to be a lovely bloke, or if any Barnsley fans claimed him to be so, but I thought he represented our club well on the whole, never embarrassed us and always tried to be positive. He seemed to enjoy being here and even if he didn't like the place, he hid it well as I only ever heard him say good things about the club. He has an individual way about him, without doubt, he uses different words and phrases to the norm, but I think that's a good thing rather than a bad one. Who wants another clone? I think he's a bit daft (daft as a brush, not stupid) but so are a lot of interesting people.

I dare say he's not perfect, but who is, I think he conducted himself well, it's just a shame he couldn't reproduce the results of last season.

A monthly deal and left soon as dibble was signed.

Confused to where his first team club is, is it kendray club?

How about that right back at villa you said for *****.

    Alastair Taylor ...

    John Rooney...

Oh and that other keeper Alnwick, only gets to play cos of injury so another hardly 'first choice'

    Could keep going.

    Your clueless.

Hes gone back home to is Homeland DeeTee.
    Alnwicks playing at the Valley.
Rooney left and went to another club.

The Villa right back Lowton, still don't think hes very good. Him or Stones was the thing i said and i would choose Stones Still every time.

Not sure why your saying this.
You sour about my comments about Steele?
