what a load of rubbish Matt! Got to say that you have really annoyed me in this thread. I play for the supporters team, i've had a season ticket for the past 20 years and ive done my share of away games over the years. However, partly due to finance and partly due to having a wife and kids now, i dont take myself off to every away game these days as well as home games, playing matches, training, coaching and whatever else i do football related. Like Allen, I also use this forum to (occassionally) express my views about BFC and that sometimes will involved being critical. You stick to concentrating on how you support Bfc pal and we'll worry about ourselves. And - the point that you get into games free - working or not, is an important point. Not sure how long it has been since you paid for a ticket, but a ticket and transport doesnt cost peanuts. Add to that the cost of a season ticket, BFC shirts, tracksuits and jackets that a few of us (including Journo) have bought, and you'll realise that YES WE DO support the club!

The lads in that squad are some of the most passionate i know. The majority of us have season tickets and go to many away games. There isnt a set of lads anywhere that represents Barnsley FC like the supporters team.

NEVER has a game been played at the same time as BFC.

As for this 'so called supporters' ********, well unfortunately pal, theres a reccesion on incase you havent noticed, and seen as 2 or 3 of us have been laid off, we cant afford afford to go to some away games aswell as every home game.

Must be nice getting free tickets, travel or whatever.
