    Lol. Plural?

You're not in touch with the modern world are you? Nowt to do with being snidey. People have the right to air grievances without being persecuted for doing so. If that grievance is unfounded then mgmt can deal with it accordingly.

What grievance have they got, a bloke as been on sick pay for six months and now the people he works with are trying to do him out of his Holidays he's been ill mate, not on holiday, what them three have done is despicable, they've been sneaky snidey cu'nts and deserve outing as such so everyone knows what sort of people they're working alongside and if you think any different you're as bad as them

Aggressive. Well done. As I said if the grievance is unfounded then mgmt can deal with it accordingly. Don't you understand that? Throwing them to the lions does not fit in the modern workplace, if you did you'd no doubt end up with litigation against the employer.

For the record I'd not have aired this grievance in the first place and I'd have advised colleagues not to either.

If the person is on long term sick, then they will be unable to use their annual leave during that period - which could potentially lead to them losing holidays at the end of the year...

In your mind maybe. Consequences? Do you think others should be able to beat them up or sumert? Or allowed to be cnuts towards them (oh the irony)? You don't think it fair that mgmt deal with it?

No need to answer, all rhetorical, I think I can guess your responses.
