    I just think we should do something annually, up and down the country there are gay pride events which I’m fully supportive of. I’m just thinking could we have an annual Kick it Out event ? Get school kids involved make it a celebration of diversity for all races, racism isn't exclusively a black problem. But couldn't we use this year's protests as a springboard ??

    It’s voluntary no one Is forced into anything . If a player didn’t want to do it he isn’t obliged as McClean for example doesn’t wear a poppy .
    It’s to all the players credit that not one of them has refused or questioned it .
    And tbh it wouldn’t have take a lot of researching for you to find this out before posting and making your point that you don’t like it .

    And nothings changed, i have the ability to take things in the context in which they,re meant, i make no aplogies and i won,t be guilt tripped by people like you...come fly with me was watched and enjoyed by thousands in the day, are you saying all those people were racists?, of course thety aren,t, get a life...oh, and i don,t oppose taking the knee, i just choose not to do it, there you go again...

    just an opinion, i have no problem with anyone taking the knee,its entirely their choice, but people shouldn,t be criticized for not doing so, which is what the question at the top of the thread is about...

    Thats right it is human nature, but thats what the op was saying, that its a bit forced on the players, you,ve hit the nail on the head with people making assumptions, people have no right to make assumptions..
