    Same as Manlito says. I'm a trained fire warden and in that instance it would be the stewards duty to sweep their areas and ensure no-one was left in the stadium. Simply impossible to get everyone out, contained in a viable space and then tallied up when you're talking about thousands of people.

    I know it was a long standing joke about understating attendances but overstating them......
