does anyone really think we will be Championship next season

Ipswich lost six nil today so obviously they'll be going down too?

We might be relegated, hopefully we wont, but bloody hell I'm not gonna write us off after losing two away games.

Today was apparently woeful - but beat brizzle next sat'dy and we've six points from four games. At that rate we'd accumulate 69 points in the seasons 46 games - so yes we can stay up! Christ almighty.

You can add me to the list. We'll be woeful more often than we're inspired but staying up is about picking up more points than 3 other teams and you can do that with a few good results (like beating Boro at home) and then a nice little run at some point in the season. It'll probably not be great to watch and it's frustrating that the influx of money into bigger clubs means we have to struggle so hard just to stay in the division where we belong but it's certainly achievable and 2 defeats on the road aren't enough to dissuade me from that opinion.

 

I think we have got a chance if we all pull together in the same direction. It will be tough, very tough. It will be tougher than it has ever been. We will need to battle as a unit and work on our defence. A few of the new lads, i.e. Silva, Harewood and Cwyka need to have very good seasons.

However, I am not going to start taking a negative approach after two defeats in a row. Yesterday's defeat comes as no surprise, we are up against it and do not have the resources - it is an uphill battle, but one we can win.

There will be plenty of other sunday mornings like this over the season, survival depends on how we react to those Saturday evenings and Sunday mornings.

if they do that , and maybe sign/loan a decent center back then we may be ok.

 

Unsure at the moment but think we will be around bottom 5 or 6.

Depends if Hill IS learning or just offering lip service to us the customers/fans. Still players to fetch in, players to change and players to be given the opportunity. Could have a new manager in before end of season who knows whats around the corner. A win at Swansea?
