Does anyone think we'd have been better off getting relegated with Hill?

We did get relegated under Hill in May 2012 but pompeys ten point deduction saved us. Then Hill continued to be sh*te until December 2012 when thankfully he was sacked leaving us 92nd out of 92 league clubs (points per game) for the 2012 calendar year.

How anybody can think we would be better off with him in charge is beyond me

I didn't mind Hill at all until we really started struggling and his attitude was "what do you expect"

Can't really say that though, Portsmouth always had the deduction and we finished above them in safety, the season would have panned out differently had they not had that deduction.

Keith Hill alienated himself to the Barnsley Fans with some silly comments and phrases, which if the team had been doing well, people might have overlooked.
Unfortunately for him results were abysmal and his fate was sealed.
We are now 10 months into Wilson's current tenure and some of the performances have been equally as bad as in Hill's regime.
He inherited a shocker of a side and can be forgiven to some extent.
The side now is his and his alone. He will stand or fall by it.
Signs of improvement were forthcoming at Rochdale so i feel it is important we try and use that result as a stepping stone to continue progressing.
Take away the Gillingham and Rochdale games and some of the displays have been woeful.
A defeat to Bradford on Sunday would undo the good work achieved at Rochdale and immediately put the side under pressure again as we have a tough month ahead fixture wise.
A win on Sunday would boost confidence levels within the squad leading up to those games. Even a draw would be acceptable.
I've said it before, January 1st 2015 will be the time to judge where the club appear to be heading progression wise, a mid table position with some encouraging performances would be perfectly fine IMO.
If were in the relegation zone and the displays were of a dire nature then Wilson's position as manager will come under scrutiny.
We cannot afford to drop another division at the end of this season.
