No. Our season effectively ended on Tuesday.
If midweek games had gone differently, then we'd have seen a different attitude yesterday. Luton could easily have bottled it and we'd have been celebrating finishing top.

No complaints from me though. Automatic promotion was the mission. Mission accomplished. Well done Reds.

Yes I am never happy when we lose. That said it didn’t spoil my day. I think it would have been worse had Luton dropped points but they didn’t so in the end the defeat didn’t matter. Some rubbish in this thread about players not performing. We were in total control in the first half and but for Lindsay’s stupid sending off I am sure we would have gone on and won the game. But respect to Bristol they gave it a real go second half. A draw would have been fair but they got us on the counter in injury time when we were going all out for the winner. Losing was annoying but it didn’t spoil my day

Losing was a bit deflating, thought we never got out of 3rd gear to be fair. Certain players were no where near their own standards........HOWEVER, in the scheme of things, it can be forgiven. It was a bit like, after the Lord mayor's show but ......we are promoted, something I would have gladly taken, at the start of the season.

Actually, you're quite right. I wasn't there and going off second hand reports which appear wrong. So happy to take it all back. Probably posted in the heat of disappointment. It has been an excellent season and what's a last day defeat when the job has been done.
