    Looking at Thalhammer's short record, he seems to see an immediate bounce when he takes over teams and they perform well initially, but then he doesn't seem to be able to maintain it in his second season and he doesn't last. Not ideal, but might get us promoted!

    Also really don't like his self-promotion on Instagram, smacks of either desperation or a huge ego, or both.
