Playing the system we are currently. No one. Hopefully the Belgians can add some physicality to free Woodrow up to get in better positions rather than have him scrapping with and losing to a giant centre half every week.

indeed he stopped running today as he believed he was caught offside, but he'd been played on.

Im not sure about Woodrow anymore, he needs to live up to his reputation rather than the constant line of ifs buts and maybe's.

if he starts missing chances then it’s the time to worry. He needs to be moved from a 90 minute physical battle with centre halves. He’s not good at it and it means he isn’t getting into the right areas. His goal scoring record still remains one of the best in our history so he’s doing summat right.

Why would Schopp want him to have physical battles that he loses rather than score goals? I think Cauley needs to be more determined to get on the end of things then the goals will come.

because at the minute Injuries and unavailability means there is literally no one else to do it. Our ‘style’ at the moment is 7/8 tippy tappy passes then a big hoof up when we run out of space for Woodrow to lose against someone 3/4 inches taller. We need to look for space and play down the sides but we lack width.

Sounds like Schopps got a lot of improvements to make.

Yes we are early days but some adjustments need to be made. Still we have players to come in so hopefully they will help.

I like Dominik but his stats suggest that, if he plays a full season, he'll score somewhere between 5 and 9 goals.
That's not enough and I don't see him suddenly finding a different level. He's never been a prolific scorer at any club he's played at and, with us, is playing at the highest level he's ever been at.

that’s how I see things. Great team player. Offers running and effort but can’t see regular goalscoring being an issue.
