    Losing points isn't fair on the supporters

    so that'll be the reason the FSF doesn't agree with it.

    i can't believe the FA rules are drafted so poorly to allow such a simple loophole

    it was the same with the Leeds situation.

    In fact I'd have been more surprised if they had done it properly their track record isnt exactly unblemished

    Keeping points gained by spending more than you have is fair then

    Had the club trimmed its wage bill and sold some players it wouldnt be in a position of not being able to pay its debts

    So they have kept a better team than they can afford and paid for it by rdefaulting on their creditors

    So if Southampton stay up by a couple of points there is a good chance that fans of a side that did pay its bills and lived within its means will have to watch 3rd division football next season.

    That seems unfarere to me to be honest.


    - The Luton penalty for financial irregularities was different and I dont think the fans should have been punished for that
