    Maybe…..but objective Solly had been playing regularly since he left us pretty much uninjured.

    Couldn’t get a reply back from us.

    Neither did Colace. We can't just rehire every old player because they wanna come back or they've made a mistake leaving. We currently have 5 centre halves already, 7 including Shepherd & Lopata, 8 including James. Most people would have taken back Roberts. Last season Roberts played almost double the games of Sollbauer according to Transfermarkt. Sollbauer played 8 in the league, Roberts 14.

    Yeah Frog, but despite all that, could he be any worse than what we do currently have up front!!. :rolleyes:
    Ok I'm being a bit sarcy there lol, but it shows what a desperately poor situation this is.
    And we've been forced into it through sheer ignorance and incompetence!.

    The problem is, all the things I listed are rotten. And you can't just change one of them at a time as the others will poison the new before they have a chance to alter our direction.

    Get a new board but keep Mladen, DC and the same squad, no change. Keep the same board but change the DOF/HC same old same old.

    You see what I'm saying?

    The only way this doesn't happen is if you get someone into these positions that has such personality, gravitas and charisma that it drags the others along kicking and screaming. That won't happen as those people cost ££££ and we refuse to spend it.
