I usually have a half of beer with my dinner of an evening and that would be it unless I go out. I normally go out to the pub once or twice a week and would have 3 or 4 pints (unless driving). On that basis my weekly intake is usually between 12 and 21 units. The main thing that stops me drinking more is the resulting requirement to spend half the evening (and night) having a wee.....
Really hard to say for me too. I go through phases where (if dieting) I would only really touch alcohol on a Saturday, and that would be a couple of bottles of ale. When not calorie counting I'd hazard a guess that I would consume around 10 units (14 if we have a Saturday home game).
Mine varies considerably. A quiet week at home it can be almost alcohol free. But this week I'm on holiday and with the combination of beer wine and whisky I'm well over double the recommended figure
Only been asked this when in a complete teetotal phase, so I could honestly answer "0" - doubt I was believed though. I don't drink at home, and only drink when I go out. When I go out, I am the only one in the house that can drive, so can't drink. So, I only really drink when away with work, and usually only a couple then. My last drink was probably January, rarely miss it, so it isn't a problem.
