Players had the chance of making a legacy this season but for whatever reason it didn’t happen which sadly whilst this season is one to be proud of I’m not sure it’s one we will talking about in another 10-15 years time.

I dunno, going from relegation certs after 7 games to knocking on the premier League door? That's pretty spectacular in my book.

Had we scored when on top in the second half of the first leg then that would have made a a huge difference.

Second leg we were as poor first half as i have seen in a long while.

End of the day we lost to two quality finishes.

Did anyone expect this at the end of last September?

Players will no doudt leave this Summer (Dike Mowatt) we may also sell a number of fringe players and we may also sell.a couple of players for big fees but we re-set and re-group and recruit and go again.

Sad we couldnt get over the line but proud of our seasons achievements.

In 1994/95 we finished 6th in the 2nd tier, but needed to finish in the top 5 for the playoffs, due to Premier League restructuring. The damp squib manner of our failure to reach a play-off final for the first time, will probably be remembered as much as that season.

Comes along Once in a generation.? Brentford twice in 2 yrs. Never say never so to speak. Eg This season's position wasn't on the cards. Who's to say next season can't be just as productive.

You don’t think 1-1 away at Swansea is a good result? Hardly a disaster, but not quite enough over the two legs.

Yeah, we blew it at home.

It was always a tall order to have to go and win the second leg, away from home.

A draw at Oakwell wouldn't have been a disaster, but we made it tough for ourselves when we got beaten.
