    I've just been on a compare website and put in my annual usage and npower came out the cheapest (my current supplier) but £15 a month cheaper,

    Npower have so many different packages. Maybe there is a different one you can switch to.

    All have a minimum 28 days as that's how long a registraion takes. So in effect it's double that
    Many now have fixes term contracts like they do in the half hourly market
