    Peni was saying Norwood should have started at Wembley because we were two nil up against Wednesday at Oakwell when he started.

    You’d think given the owners employed him to specifically change the style of football they would understand it will take time and patience.

    I'm not convinced that they really looked too much into the playing style. Their first target had been assistant coach for Brendan Rodgers, and would've played a much different style to Duff. But he went to Spurs to be Ange's assistant. Think they've just picked him out as having got good results.

    Maybe, they did say at time they wanted to change from tippy tappy football to pressing football but of course that could just be to suit appointment.

    Maybe Duff knew that Norwoods energy levels were dropping rapidly that's why he kept him on the bench, and why he's now in none league not scoring that many.

    And now the whole footballing world can see he's in a team 3rd bottom of league in the conference, but surely by your reckoning they should be 3rd top at least.

    That's absolutely fine mate. I think that you post some very worthwhile stuff on here, and I'm pretty sure I've written more than my fair share of tripe. However, the idea that Duff was somehow to blame for us losing at Wembley is an absolute load of bobbins. In my very humble opinion of course.
