That's the same for >90% of clubs in England. If you unearth a talented player or manager they will inevitably make the move to a bigger club with a better chance of testing themselves at the next or highest level (or maybe just for a bigger pay cheque). We're not alone in this respect, it applies to pretty much all but the 6 biggest clubs in the country.

We need to enjoy players and managers while they're here. Don't forget, if things aren't working out for them here we have no problem with pushing them out the door to their next club.
