I agree. 81st minute Cosgrove gets put through on the edge of the area and then makes his way across to the corner flag to try and run down 20 secs - rather than try at getting a 2nd goal against team who had committed more men forward in search of an equaliser. Nuts with a good 15 mins still left to play. Thought he got the subs wrong too.

Who do you want to put in for him? Cosgrove and Watters, two of the worst players we've ever had the misfortune to suffer?

As I said it would be a brave decision, done nothing for a while. Would have given Cosgrove a run of games before now to be honest. If we are going the more direct route like today then he has to play really.

Cosgrove is worse than Dave Regis though. How on Earth can you justify giving him a 'run of games'? He's possibly the worst player i've ever seen in the professional game, either for or against us. 'A run of games'? Seriously? He's demonstrably abysmal. I've had a season ticket for 35 years and i'd have him starting in my all-time worst XI.

By what measure can anyone claim Cosgrove is better than Devante Cole? Cole has scored 34 goals in his last 2 seasons. 18 this season. Cosgrove has scored 3 in 32, and been absolutely appalling in pretty much every one of them.

To follow up Oulare & Iseka with Watters & Cosgrove just blows my mind.

Ok better at the moment than Cole. To be fair a one legged dog would be better than Cole at the moment. But you're right, Cosgrove is awful.

You're right, he has scored 3, but only because Wycombe's goalkeeper had some sort of aneurysm for one of them.

You’re always coming on here with your enthusiastic and upbeat posts. There’s no place for that in the Theatre of Tears.
