Whether you want to hear them first or not the inescapable fact is that they take a while to compile, write down and get to me ont pitch. We do do our best but please try to be realistic mate.

Agreed it would but I am sure that the playing staff need to concentrate on their job, which is to win the game for tarn.

but how long does it take to press print off a website and pass them to you?

Thats not your fault but the rest of the team should be pulling their finger out quicker. how hard is it for whoever the new version of 'lenny' to read them out quicker?

None taken, the scores will now be taken off teletext as we have no web link up there. still takes a little while to scribble em all down and nip up the pitch though.

We will get there soon, and the club is doing its bit to get this right - make no mistake about that.

 

isnt there a mic in the office where the teletext is?

in previous seasons you (or your equivelant) would pass back to the 'studio' for half time. Couldnt that be done for the half time scores and then passed back to you on the pitch? Not that im in a rush to get the scores or anything, i just think it would be a good idea.

Do you have any idea who decides what to show on the TV's etc? (when theyre turned on)

saw a van there 3 days last week, had something on the side about sound systems or audio servicing or something like that... wonder if they are/have been trying to fix it?
