    Brilliant by Stockport. If they can play like this more often they will be back in the Football League.

    Shame so many idiots follow them and have to spoil it by going on the pitch.

    Well done Stockport but what a shame idiot fans have to spoil the ending like that. The players would have liked to have milked the applause of the majority of the crowd but the brainless had to have their celebration didn’t they.

    Just got in from the game (I actually walked home!). Top quality atmosphere and fully deserved win for County. Really hope they can kick on from this and get back into the football league soon.

    One thing that is noticeable is how much they’ve upped their game around the ground. Loads of maintenance done all up to date, pies from local producers, beer at 3.50 meaning loads are in the ground an hour before kick off. It’s just looks and feels clean, professional and well run, the opposite of how our stadium has been run into the ground under Cryne and then Pacific Media.

    My reaction to the Stockport goals was similar to that when we score. I know that’s been a rare event this season so maybe that’s why

    I find it really frustrating that Stockport and Macclesfield put us to shame on ground maintenance. BARNSLEY on the back of the Ponte end has needed a lick of red paint for 20 years. Doors on the East stand entrances are rotted. Surely a couple of grand on paint each year is not too much to ask. Just remembered we painted the gable end on the West Stand 2 years ago. What a waste of money that was.
