El Hamouir offers nothing to the team,he is too lightweight, cannot tackle and is too easily brushed off the ball. I couldn't fathom out what formation or tactics we were supposed to be operating yesterday. Two new strikers are a must before the Norwich game.

I reckon his only position is as a winger, and even then he would only ever be back up. Definitely not good enough. He looks lost most of the time and is no where near strong enough for English football. I doubt he could be a success even at L2 level. Everything happens too fast for him. He got caught napping a couple of times when he was meant to be tracking. He switches off and then is late reacting. He looks a fit lad though to end on a positive.
