Tbh Jay. if I had to watch England given the snippets I've seen in highlights. Life would be much harder having to put up with such poor performances. I rarely let football get to me. And can just about accept a Barnsley win regardless of how we've played. I'm not prepared to see England with the wealth of talent at Southgates disposal. Get outperformed by teams with less talent. The odd victory over a fancied side brushes over the rest of the performances. Doesn't mean I dont want em to win. Totally the opposite. I usually join in at the play off stages more in hope of seeing a decent performance. These players get paid millions but very often don't show up. I don't honestly know if the manager or players are most to blame. Probably a combination of both.
I'm much more enjoying the cricket at the mo.
