When you've studied newspaper style and contrasted The Times with traditional tabloid newspapers then I might care that you think I'm spouting nonsense. But I don't.

Study it all you like, but with a naieve unquestioning attitude liek that then you'll never get it.

    Got it already.

I'm not naive, I've written for tabloids and I know what goes on. That was a fair story though.

How do you know it was fair?

    Heh heh.

You have, as you're often at pains to point out, a little education. However you have neither the wit nor wisdom to put it to use.

The way it is written is actually quite balanced. It could have been done in a completely different way.

Sure, the Times sister paper will take the same story and give it a different spin. What I'm getting at here is that you take it as gospel truth.

    Bloody hell !

They are football supporters going to the World cup, have got drunk and destroyed a taxi.

If supporters from Huddersfield arrived in Barnsley to go to a game, and trashed the train in Barnsley station - what would you call them?

It's actually a report of something that's been in court. It is the truth otherwise they'd be in deep ****.

    Only asking.

Actually they do hang the football tag on anything they can. If you get into a fight on a match day that's nothing to do with football you'll probably get nailed for football violence.

The Times label them as "the first three" because it makes good copy but I reckon these three dickheads would have done the same if they'd been going to the catering Expo. I think it's stretching it a bit to call it football hooliganism.

Anyway, bit touchy today aren't we?

No one has called it football hooliganism. That's for the CPS to decide.

    Of course they have.

Look at the title of the piece you pillock.

Yep, they're English and hooligans... where does it say it was football related?

You're fecking wrong. The Times haven't called it football hooliganism and they can't if they don't want to get sued. All they have done is reported the facts of a court case, they haven't even given opinion through use of quotes. It's a straight factual report and you're twisting it to suit your own argument.

I'm used to your pettiness and insults but really don't kbow what your problem is.
