    Why would he when VAR has checked it and found no error?

    For that matter when has a referee ever “evened it up”? Never seen a referee purposely make an error to make up for an earlier error.

    True, but that's what happens when you commit defenders by running at them. Sterling can be a bit hit and miss but he makes things happen by running at players.

    If that had been an Italian, we'd be calling him out as a diving cheat. Typical Italians. I hope if such a call goes against us in the final, we are big enough to accept it. That was cheating, pure and simple. Everything that I hate about the premier league, but this time in our favour. But utter cheating.

    I agree with loads of people. When I agree with a post I tend to press like rather than replying with “I agree” so I guess most of my posts are probably disagreeing, as most people’s are.

    How was anything I’ve said trolling? “The ref will even it up” is a silly saying anyway and I pointed that out, while adding that it was checked by VAR and found no error, meaning there’s nothing to “even up” anyway.
