You can get a generous looking 4/1 for India.
It’s not for me cos I think we’ll win.

These ball changing requests are getting beyond a joke !
It’s not doing over rates any good and it’s irritating.
Bumble was a brilliant advocate of speeding the game up

Asking to change the ball should be banned. Given the time between overs, the umpires can check it for themselves fairly regularly anyway, without any impact on time.

Tbf it’s worked out ok for us. Switched a swinging ball to one that immediately got clattered round the ground. All for it.

He should finish in top three assuming he plays for 5+ years.

Kallis being second is a bit of a shocker…. he wasn’t a bad bowler either

An all time great already. I wouldn't dream of speaking on behalf of others but I think these two at the crease need to be spending tomorrow night at the Oval.

Guess these types of things didn't help in those days.

For instance, for the 1936-37 Ashes, the Goodwill Tour after the Bodyline series, England set sail on September 11, 1936, and returned home on April 26, a full 227 days later. They sailed from Southampton on the ship Orion, via Gibraltar, Toulon, Port Said and Suez, making a stop in Colombo to play a tour match before arriving in Fremantle, Western Australia, on October 12, 1936. After the Ashes, they travelled to New Zealand for 18 days, leaving Auckland on April 4, 1937 for America via Honululu,

Ridiculous numbers for Bairstow this summer, and not something I was expecting from him.

Big test now will be to be able to switch between formats, without red ball game affecting his one day game and vice versa.
