    I really do admire the nationalism, however based on the oil field for only income.......not for me, only takes the arabs and those dubious links darn sarf to cut Scotland off and they really would be on their own.
    It would be so easy to buy the oil from elsewhere............I understand you guys are peed off, just be very careful what you wish for.

    Thing is, SNP candidates aren't going to get any votes in England. More than welcome to try but I don't see how the SNP getting a high percentage of the votes in Scotland justifies their higher number of MPs per population than any other party.

    Labour could only contest in the North and the Conservatives could only contest in the south. That would boost up a meaningless average no end. Instead they contest the whole of England, Scotland and Wales, even though they have no hope of winning in many places. They shouldn't be penalised for that.

    That is how British Politics work Nudge. 37% of the vote went to the Tories, 63% voted against them, yet these Tories are now back in power!
    If it was a strike vote then they would not have been able to go on strike with that vote!

    Aint it grand eh ?
    I have always said that the political system is farcical in Britain. The Governing Party NEVER have the majority of the Countries support, no matter which Party is in power.
    The LibDems had a chance to sort it, but bottled it .

    No I didn't..........the Scottish may think its a laugh........they have always wanted to get one over on the English...........but the English will not accept the tail wagging the dog......that scenario is far far from being a laugh

    The Scottish / English debate is a bitter rivalry.......promoted only by the Scottish.............the English don't give two pins about Scotland..........like I said earlier, the English have regions with bigger populations.

    I'm no great fan of Cameron - but I hope he makes the Krankies (that fishy couple called Sturgeon and Salmon) wish they hadn't bothered with their Marxist SNP campaign
