Shouldn't he be going after the site (probably eBay??) for allowing something on its site that is so obviously a bootleg. I can only speak of ebay relating to watches but there are loads of fake stuff on there, some of them pretty obvious. Go on ebay and search "not rolex", mostly fake straps and buckles(they've pixelated out the bit that shows the rolex crown on one advert). Seems a bit dimwitted on his part to go after a one-off seller (she may not even have the money to pay his fees-possibly why he's dropped it) but it doesn't look like he lives life as a popularity contest
