    Can you explain how any of that is going to enable Hecky to build a solid base to push towards the top of the Championship.

    All what's been described here is more of the same.

    If we continue the revolving door policy with players then how long do you think Hecky will stay at the club?
    18 months?

    No one has yet described the changes that Hecky was talking about - selling the right player at the right time for the right money.
    How is that going to be achieved?
    Because as usual the club hasn't said anything.

    I love a good grumble but **** me you take the biscuit with your attention seeking drivel.

    Is your complaint seriously that they all have the same length contract? Would you have preferred it if we had signed a few of them on shorter 2 year deals so they leave earlier?chow about a couple on one year deals so they leave this year instead of losing them all together in 3 years?
