Small note, i agree with iFollow mate, but its been fine this season for the majority. Occasionally repeats and needs a refresh but other than that small %, it's been alright. So if you ever do fancy watching us in better times, try it again, see if its improved for you
We were wide open for most of the game in the area that Johnson threatens most often. Both his goals were preventable, but not if we're standing 20 yards away and only move to close him down after he's received and controlled the ball. Leave skillful opponents unmarked and you concede more goals. It's not rocket science.
I am sorry but for someone who comments as often as you do ,where you live is irrelevant as you obviously watch on I"follow & read the forums ,you are not kidding me that you did not know who Wolfe was , and if you did not then there is a big clue , he has got his name on the shirt next to the number 33 which you saw , also his number & name are on the team sheet , please try harder with your stirring of the pot .
It's an incredible finish. But give him that chance 30 times again, and he finds pretty much the exact same spot 27 times at least, if you afford him the same time and space.
Wolfe will be top drawer in League 1 next season but he’s been out of his depth this year. Hope the likes of himself, Sraha, Helliwell, Bremang and Cameron Thompson all get a chance next season with some experience coming in to play with them. May be tough for Helliwell and Bremang though as I heard they’d been told they could leave.
If they've been told they could leave then surely its doubtful they'd be up to it next season? I agree that Wolfe should be good for us next season, he's got the strength.
Can't really agree with that mate. More than held his own against Bournemouth, Fulham, Boro, Hull, Bristol, Swansea, Sheffield Utd. In fact all the games where Barnsley have played well.
I’m just going off my own opinion which doesn’t mean nothing when the likes of Devaney has seen them week in, week out. Just been impressed with them both when I’ve seen them. Granted, it was under 23 level.
Wolfe has been a bright part of the season. If we had built a midfield this season i don't think we would have seen much of him. However we didn't and he has now had his chance and needs to kick on. I still see him as a prospect and needs to make some big steps to become a regular in the midfield but he and the club are better for his introduction. Now we need players who can command a midfield and see how he competes for a place and learns.
