    Saudi Arabia still has work to do, but they have come quite a long way in a short space of time. Trying to integrate countries who are attempting to make change is better than isolating them. They have to be seen to be making some effort though. You wouldn't go and give a World Cup to somewhere like North Korea or Afghanistan for example.
