What are FlexiCards?

A FlexiCard is basically a membership card which allows supporters to reserve their favourite seat within the Coral Windows Stadium while still giving them the choice of which games they do or do not wish to attend.



Basically, after paying your initial FlexiCard membership, you only pay for the games you attend. And what's even better, you get your match tickets at half-price!



How do I buy my FlexiCard match tickets?
Supporters can buy their FlexiCard match tickets from either the Bantams Ticket Office during the week or on a match-day, or via a valid match-day turnstile. All supporters need is their money to pay for their match-ticket and their FlexiCard as proof of membership. Any supporter wishing to pay for their ticket(s) by any means other the cash must do so from the Bantams Ticket Office.



What games can I use my FlexiCard for?

FlexiCards are only in place for City's 23 home npower League 1 fixtures during the regular 2013/2014 season. FlexiCards cannot be used for any home Johnstone's Paint Trophy, Capital One Cup or F.A Cup with Budweiser ties.



Why were FlexiCards introduced?

Basically, if you can't come to every single City league game next season but you still want value for money - then the FlexiCard option for you!


The club identified towards the end of the 2011/2012 season that there are group of regular supporters for whom buying a Season Ticket does not make financial sense or their individual circumstances mean committing to a Season Ticket is not practical.


This is where the 50/50 FlexiCard system came in.


The FlexiCard allows supporters to reserve their seat in the Coral Windows Stadium for the 2013/2014 season - like a normal Season Ticket - but choose which games they want to pay to watch.


FlexiCard holders will be able to buy match tickets for individual games for their reserved seat for only half price (e.g £10.00 for an adult ticket) from a designated turnstile or at the Bantams Ticket Office.
