Yeah, we've communicated on here before about this! Who was the lad from Cawthorne who played for the 1st XI and England schoolboys, and then broke his leg?
Cheers, Mark. All handsome geezers. And now I know what Laura looks like, even though she's at Uni now!
Hello mate Unfortunately, I don't know the gentleman in question. I've wrestled to raise money for Laura's favourite charity when she was younger, Post Pals. I did this along with friends and fellow BBS's madmark62, druss, jack russell, bigdave8322 and oxspring. The photo, taken at my home, Mark has posted is of (from left to right) druss, me, madmark, with Laura in the front. Can I just point out if anyone thinks wrestling doesn't hurt, then go ahead and try it. Thank you for your kind comments with regards to Laura, she's settled in at uni far better than we could've hoped. I can't comment too much on my 'transfer' to Leicester, as it's not yet completed and I don't want to jinx the move. Hope you understand.
PM on way, I knew the lad who broke his leg, he probably would have made it as a pro if not for that, it finished his career at about 18.
Just to upset you https://plus.google.com/photos/1149...5432970256051805426&oid=114982873264415008578 The last three are of me along with druss in the final photo.
Re: Hello mate Thanks, BigLil. Not to worry that you don't know Steve Best - Stahlrost did, and we hopefully got a few laughs. Fingers crossed for you for Leicester!
My trowels are poised! I'm hoping everything will be okay, as I've watched all four Indiana Jones' films for homework!
For some reason The guy with the camera never took any photos of Mark, which I thought was wrong and unfair.
Re: My trowels are poised! Bob Adams it was..he took me for maths for a while,I hated wrestling but always watched it if grannies favourite Steve Best was on..lard white body,I remember him being on crutches for a while after he broken his ankle.
Re: My trowels are poised! That's the one, sadbrewer!! He was a hard sod in class though, and threatened us if we misbehaved.
Re: My trowels are poised! Well I hope they have broadband in that there Leicester place, as the BBS wouldn't be the same without you.
