And please don't say because he's one of the best keepers in the league, because quite simply he's not. He's a good shot stopper but there's a lot of good shot stoppers in league one.

Also please don't answer with the question because he's been here 5 years or whatever and what he did against liverpool. There's plenty o players i would prefer to have than luke steele from that squad.

When i read other forums to see what they've put about barnsley i find they are saying good things about a lot of players, very often it isn't luke steele. The player i see most mentioned is, david perkins yet some on here want steele to have twice the contract or perkins current deal and happy to see him on twice the money.
