I usually try and talk about the tactics and the club. Dare I say well thought out and debatable discussion...

This doesn't really appeal to many who like to discuss irrelevent-to-BFC stuff.

    Hence less posts.

When was the last time and how often have you posted anything BFC or footy related?

either before or after you left this country. Oh yes we know you left the country you've mentioned it often enough times. Noticed the long-distance bairning posts seems to be few and far between.
    Just that.

Its because since the turn of the year our forms been horrible, no matter how some people dress things up in a positive light you can't gloss over results, no matter what, in turn its just the same old disagreements between the same people.

PS - its not funny anyone, Dirk Hartog is sorely missed, along with The Full Ponty, the ******!

As far as I'm aware he's never had anything to do with this site, indeed this site was set up to specifically not have anything to do with him as he was heavily involved with the precessessor.

I produced an eloquent response to this the last time it was asked. I can't even be arsed to search for it to cut and paste, which is probably the best answer I can give.

No whinging in my post, just pointing something out

Don't flatter yourself, this thread apart I'm struggling to remember the last time i was in the same thread as you.
You probably find me dull and boring as a large proportion of my posts are BFC and football related and you struggle to include your look at me look at me posts.

Re: No whinging in my post, just pointing something out

I don't read football posts, in the 10+ years I've been a member of the BBS I can't remember one football discussion I've been involved in. I don't read them or get any involvement in em, I think that speaks volumes of what it used to be like onj the BBS, 80% of all posts weren't anything to do with footy. There's almost been nothing interesting happen at Oakwell for over a decade, so nothing interesting to discuss. Going to a game at Oakwell was the most boring bit of the days to be honest, having a day boozing with the lads before and after the game was the only thing that kept me going.

My next move is to the South Island living on the beach, it's almost the opposite side of the globe from Barnsley. You can't get any further away without getting in a boat and sailing towards the date line or jetting into outer space.

Been reading this board for over ten years, previous under the handle of 'RB'.

I check it regularly during the week, but on/after match days I tend to avoid it. The over reaction is over whelming. It sadly portrays Barnsley fans as idiotic reactionists. I hope with all hope that nobody of any relevance from the club reads it. They will feel like they are in charge of a zoo not a football club.

If you are not a regular poster then any post you make is generally like it does not exist, so you don't bother posting. Which makes it somewhat self-perpetuating.

However, it is worth checking for some real gems that occur every now and then, the last one I can recall is that video of Napoli fans at Roma Stazione Centrale.
