I play them via an emulator on my Mac. Every now and then I have days blast. usually play 1942, Afterburner, Shinobi, Golden Axe, Chase H.Q, Sunset Riders, Simpsons, Teenage Turtles. If tha's ever short of a mate to go to Retrodome, I'll come and have an hour.
Double Dragon every time for me. Later enjoyed Street Fighter and SF II and later than that House of the Dead 2.
I played that for a bit in Retrodome too, but they had issues with it breaking so I think they took it back out.
Used to love Outrun and Afterburner on Arcade. But my favourite (although probably a few years later) GTI club, never had an arcade game with a handbrake!
I've been to the one in Bury a few times, and despite previously living and working in Leeds, I've never been to the one there. They're opening one in Blackpool too which hasn't gone down very well. For the money though, Retrodome in town is bang on
I used to love GTI club. They made an online version for the PS3 which was good, but obviously nothing compared to the arcade game. I'm fairly certain the Ridge Racer full scale had a working hand brake too, seen as though you were sat in an actual Mazda MX-5. They used to have one in Meadowhall, but apparently the last one left in the world was in Blackpool. I couldn't find it last time I went though.
10 yard fight Any resident evil game. Currently playing resident evil 4 on gamecube Metal Gear Solid Donkey Kong
Resident Evil 4 on Gamecube is my all time favourite game! Got a retro Pi with loads of games on it - love the old arcade classics.
I visited the Arcade Club in Leeds back in September, & I fully recommend it if you’re into retro gaming. I also visited a place called Pixel bar in Leeds city centre, it’s a cool little bar where you can sit & order drinks & food whilst playing a console of your choice, from new gen stuff to old SNES & N64.
Got an Nvidia Shield and over 10000 games ranging from Amiga, ps1, psp, arcade and gamecube. Currently doing resident evil 4 on professional mode, it's crazy compared to the other modes
