I've also recently seen Sean Locke
, Ross Noble John Richardson and Marcus Brigstocke, all very good. Daniel Simonson opened for Simon Amstell when I saw him and he was bizarre but very funny!

Possibly one of the funniest half an hours TV ever.

No idea. Definitely not at work, though. Honest.

Seen loads and some more than once. Never seen Billy Connolly, who no doubt would be up there, but of those I have seen, Daniel Kitson and Stewart Lee are in a league of their own for my money.

Others who have made me cry with laughing (although as a disclaimer, I have been in various stages of drunkenness when watching): Dara O'Briain, Bill Bailey, Richard Herring, Harry Hill, Charlie Chuck, Marcus Brigstocke, Sean Lock, Johnny Vegas, Robin Ince, Will Smith, Tim Vine, Kevin McCarthy, Andy Parsons, Milton Jones, Mark Thomas, Jeremy Hardy and Chris Shuker.

I had a similar experience with Sadowitz at the 1999 I think Edinborough Festival.

I watched him do a magic show one day which he was pretty good at - but I was in the front row and I spotted a couple of his slights of hand - but didn't think anything of it.

Two days later I saw him do a one man show and he constantly stared at me throughout the performance.

The final weekend I went to see him in a two man show - where he came down off the stage and physically threatened me if I ever revealed his secrets.

I don't know whether it was part of his act or whether there was anything in it.

Funny as hell if you get him, but completely ptang yang kipperbang if you ask me.

Never seen a comedian live, always seem to miss tickets going on sale.. But the only one i'd like to go and see is Tim Minchin. Some of his songs are hilarious.

    An example:

I've seen quite a few....Jack Dee, Ross Noble, Dylan Moran, Frank Skinner, Chris Addison, Micheal McIntyre, Russell Howard, Harry Hill, Bill Bailey, Rich Hall, Reginald D Hunter...sure I've forgotten some.

Have to say that Ross Noble is by far the best, I'd go see him on multiple nights on the same tour.

Look out for one called Pete Johannsen, he's Canadian, lives over here. First saw him as support for Reg Hunter (previously never see a support act at a comedy show!) and he was really good, then saw him last year at Donny Dome.
