    People that describe the USA as 'the states,' could be the Federated States of Micronesia for all I know.


    or Man United as 'United' when not making it clear which 'United' they're talking about.

    The worst one of all for me, and I even see teachers writing it is "your" when they mean "you're" e.g. your welcome. Pathetic.
