    Maximum losses over 3 years.

    Brighten have basically gambled they're going up this year. As any penalty won't be imposed until they come back down, by which point they'll have millions.

    Can I also ask then.......how is the charge levied.......so if say Brighton, for example ran up £5 million plus £10 million plus £29 million....sp like £44 million ......is a percentage charged on thr debt or a bog standard charge?
    Just thinking all teams could spend daft then if it doesn't work, sell their best players to offset the charge......and hey presto no harm done! Then rinse / repeat for next 3 years.......have another go.
    Or am I mis reading it all?
