    I agree, but wouldn`t have at the time bloody Viv Richards and the rest I loathed with a passion because they made our good players look selling platers.

    Best fast attack cricket has seen.the later generations like Walsh ambrose etc were still up with the best the day they retired. Can remember the honour guard Walsh got on the last tour of England he played.

    Modern crickets wouldn't be able to cope with the sheer aggression and will to win shown by the windies. I think Walsh finished with a bowling average of under ten when he retired.

    Think I'll settle down later and watch it. I'm only a casual fan of cricket but I remember them well and that team in the mid to late 70's and early 80's was immense.
