Thing is nudge I think we're all aware that Fletcher alone isn't the answer but it's a massive step forward and for the majority of us it's a signing (if it happens) that we could only dream of considering our budget.

    No response Nudge?

What happens if the extra 3-4 strikers don't cut it. What then when we have filled our roster, budget etc?

No need to panic. We are only half way through pre-season not November.

We are not going to sign players on massive wages.

The current crop of strikers we have are not filling us with much optimism - but we could be wrong. Fingers crossed.
On the other hand we might be right - so we need options.

Those options will allow Hecky to put combinations together that could work.
And importantly change it if it's not working.
It has to work - we are up against some serious competition this season.

Take a look at Wednesday for example, and see how many striker options they have.
Some of those players, like Winnall, may not get a game all season.
He might be playing u23 games.
Winnalls wage for the season is £1millon.
But ask the Wendy manager about this and he will undoubtedly say that he would like at least another striker.

Depends what the question is. If it's: What do you call the lead character from Porridge when he's got not mates...
