    Really ?

I can't see where it says he has lost the vice-captaincy there.

    It's perfectly simple.

I post some news which SOME people won't know at the time for THEIR information...

If people already know the news, then why bother reading the thread? The title of the post made it clear what it was regarding.

I'm still waiting for someone to show me where it says the vice-captaincy was revoked from Fred before I posted it. I bet not many people were listening on Radio Five earlier.

It's funny how people sit on here waiting for someone to write a post about something they already knew and then take the p!ss.

Jouro, thanks for posting. Didn't buy NOTW today, nor listened to Radio 5.

    Keep posting mate.

    Cheers, no worries lad.

I got 'Windassed' for the Martyn Moxon press release too, yet I posted it within minutes of the official press release being sent out from Yorkshire - so before any newspaper printed it as fact.

Journo I'm with you on this one

This whole Windass thing is so irritating. If someone has posted anything that's been written before, I don't see why folks can't ignore it. It's such a smart @rsed thing to do to slate someone for not knowing that stuff is already public knowledge... maybe we should all trawl the whole board to see if the topic has come up before? Or maybe just not bother posting at all ... just in case it's boring someone. and anyone who types "Windass" is in fact themeselves guilty of the most unfunny, overused "joke" if it can be called that.
(By the way I'm talking generally & not specific to your initial post). :)S)

If he had been a tourist

He would have been in jail now for stealing the pedalo. His minimum punishment should have been a return ticket to blighty....but never mind he's a 'celebrity'.
