    IIRC, Flicker said they were training on 352 but Hill didn't want to implement until the international break....

    Hill is nowhere near as good as Flicker at man manager. He was a bullshitter who finally got caught up with He in my mind lived off Flicker who was the shop floor manager. The results are not a miracle, they are because the best coach is in charge. I wish everyone on here would just let Hill live at Rochdale. We will let Flicker keep us up and then take us farther next year. Hill was top heavy all mouth . Flicker is all heart.

    I thought the atmosphere at Oakwell last Saturday was as good as it's been for many a long year. Flicker's got the players on side. They're running their blood to water for him and this is lifting the crowd. 'Battling Barnsley' might be a media cliche but it's very apt right now.
