Don't tar all Scottish with the same brush, I know for a fact there is no way Motherwell fans would've reacted in this way.

 

Notice the way

the majority of them half-heartedly pursue the police in a kind of slow jog, pretending to be aggressive but actually bricking it... until one of the officers gets separated and brought to the ground... suddenly they gain confidence to attack him. What a bunch of pricks.

agree with all posts above. if this was english fans in europe, we would be facing a 5 year ban. minimum.

The coppers they attacked probably weren't riot cops either on the footage it seems they legged it (wouldn't most people?)and one guy got left behind.

 

I remember summat like that during the miners strike

just outside the corner pin. A mob starteD kicking the ***** out of 3 coppers. The mob got bigger and bigger and gave the coppers a right kicking until a cop car drove straight into them and sent 5-6 of flying into the air. They then went on the rampage smashing shop windows and looting.

Senior officers will not be impressed, to put it mildly, with those coppers who ran off and left their colleague on his own.
