    ...the danelaw, when each village would get giddy over their champion fighting the next villages champion. lots of booze then they'd all kick off. rather tribal and outdated.

    bunch of knobheads. nothing to do with football, just boozed up tribal posturing spilling over into lookatmei'mhardness (not a word, but if bouncebackability can be, then surely that can too!)
