    I ended up going. Didnt care before the game, didnt particularly care after. Almost like a friendly for me. Onto the important games.

    If playing and performing in front of 60,000 fans, live on TV at our National Stadium to win a Trophy doesn't excite you then i think you have picked the wrong sport to support.

    Few would argue what the importance is with league competitions but its days like this that players and fans crave for.

    Read this last night and still pissing meself, my thoughts exactly, even before the match in the Green man, on the tube, on Wembley way etc, thousands of reds having a top day out...and some folk...who wernt going were missing it..........serves em right...they were the losers

    baffles me how any barnsley fan hasn't been able to get excited about us playing a final at wembley. baffled. each to their own like. even are lass said it was one of the best days she's ever had, and she only really goes cos i drag her there..

    in my top 5 days as a barnsley fan. up there with bradford, swansea and huddersfield
