    I thought the hardest thing council workers did was make sure that they got an even tan. Slightest ray of sunshine and the tops come off!

    Your the same as everyone else who thinks all council workers are lazy *****, i bet your also 1 of those people who see some council workmen having a minute & walk past them saying "So thats what my council tax gets spent on"

    I have a cousin who works for Wakefield council, he happens to have a nice even tan, and can often be seen leaning against his shovel :D As for the council tax the thought has never entered my head
