you are either brian howard or a complete fecknut. if you are brian howard i hope the club sues you for breach of contract.
Another time for the Harry Hill quote: Only one way to settle this. FIGHT!!! Chill out FFS. Regardless on what he was on or is now, he has gone cos he didnt wanna play for BFC as wanted more money. End of
I now want Davey out but i wouldn't want to players to experience to wrath of Shonie. They would all wanna leave then!!!!
"Love the fans"?? Sorry, that does not ring true. If he loved the fans, why is he signing for one of our big rivals?
1. Because we wanted to cash in on him ........... ...... even though he wanted to stay 2. Because they are willing to pay him what he's worth 3. Because they have a chance of scoring a goal and/or winning a game 4. Because they have a chance of promotion 5. Because they get double the crowds that we do 6. Because he doesn't have to change adddress ........ need I go on?
Just one question If you are getting it all from the horse's mouth why did you say the other club was Bristol City?
Ritchie made the £150K quip about Nardiello. I've told JC many times before that it was a jokey remark but he still takes it as gospel.
RE: Ritchie made the £150K quip about Nardiello. I've told JC No he didn't.
Nardiello wasn't even mentioned, he was talking about the team not individuals.
In any case all the other figures add up.

So The Star has it wrong? http://www.thestar.co.uk/sportheadlines/Tykes-star-Howard-is-now.4555086.jp
Pass on to him the best wishes of all the lads .......... ........ who follow the reds week in and week out, home and away, and tell him not all Barnsley fans are stupid, and believe what the club tells us, they have **** on the die hard fans so many times over the years in one way or another, so the shambolic way this has been handled comes as no surprise to us
The Star is hardly a flawless publication. I was sat with Brian in his lounge when he took the call saying it had been rejected cos Bristol City were the club Barnsley wanted to sell him to. He did not want to go to the west country as he has a phobia of combine harvestors. If Charlton had seriously tabled a bid in time, In my opinion, he would have seriously condidered going there cos he would be closer to home
Cheers, sorry about not believing you but I hadn't seen about Bristol City anywhere but here. Good luck to him anyway. I just think the club should have transfer-listed him in the summer - it would have been better for everyone.
No probs. Its an irrelevant point in the whole scheme of things anyway. I'm sure Charlton did make enquiries over the summer but were unsuccesful
