    I'm hoping we might have one or two of the youth team in the match day squad. Agree, we need to lose at least 5-6 and maybe bring in 3-4 - holding midfielder is key & new keeper.

    Well the guy has several years as youth coach behind him, and moved up through the age groups so its fair to assume he was doing a good job. He talks in an interview doing the rounds of gradually introducing youngsters to the first team, and of creating a blend of youth and experience.

    Isnt that what we've been crying out for?

    Do you not think we've had a scatter gun approach to signings over the last 12 months?
    We've had 2 attacking midfielders out on loan and a couple more that have hardly featured and good knows how many fullbacks that can't hold a place down.
    The transfer policy has been poor hence the league well we playing in next season.

    It will make a change to see a lot of Ballacks and Kuntz at Oakwell.
