    No. I was talking about under the Lindleys deal when they paid the club a set monthly fee irrespective of sales

    It doesn’t matter though. Whatever the situation, it boils down to additional profit for the club/caterer and its still a nice gesture by the club

    Who actually cares whether Luton contributed, Conway put in a grand out of his own pocket or Santa chipped in. It's irrelevant. The gesture is akin to cheating on your wife and then turning up with a bunch of petrol station flowers by way of making things right.
    A free cup of tea isn't fixing anything. In fact it's patronising bordering on an insult.

    This is one strange thread. Do people really think a cup of tea free of charge for fans travelling on a cold evening is to solve the clubs issues or compensate for member perks or make us win games etc. It’s a simple gesture and thank you. It was supported by Luton. Can’t people just see it as it is. The club is in a sad state and this one very small gesture is just nice, no more, no less.
